Job Title: Senior Tax Reviewer (CPA/EA) – Hybrid | Asset Allies Tax LLC
Asset Allies Tax LLC is a systems-driven tax and accounting firm based in Ocala, FL. We specialize in supporting ABA therapy providers, healthcare professionals, and service-based entrepreneurs with accurate financials and proactive tax strategies. We are hiring an experienced CPA or EA to join our team as a Senior Tax Reviewer and Preparer. This hybrid role includes tax review, accrual-based financial oversight, SOP refinement, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must be licensed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a partially remote, partially in-office team.
Hybrid – Ocala, FL (Local applicants preferred for monthly on-site collaboration)
00 per hour (W2 or contractor)
Part-Time (32 hours/week)
Active CPA or EA license
~5+ years of small business tax prep and financial review
~ Bonus: experience with ABA therapy or healthcare accounting
