JOB SUMMARY
Maintains Park Center computer environment by installing, supporting, and maintaining computer systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Value cultural competence and diversity

Take deliberate steps to increase own cultural competency by attending training, events, discussions, workshops, etc.
Maintains Park Center's Network Infrastructure
Implements IT tools and resources that evaluate network and computer performance issues. Monitors intrusion detection/prevention capabilities to block and/or monitor unwanted or unauthorized network/internet traffic Installs, maintains, and monitors network connections and devices
Maintains the Park Center Computer Environment
Installs, configures, and tests computer equipment, including:
End-user technologies (hardware, software, accessibility devices) Network equipment and controllers Cameras and NVR equipment Printers and other office equipment
Ensures software updates remain current on all computers Ensure antivirus is installed on all endpoints and escalates antivirus alerts, as needed. Purchase technology supplies and uploads invoices according to Finance procedures.
Ensures Park Center Staff Receive Necessary Training and Technical Assistance
Maintains an internal agency helpdesk for staff to use when requesting technical assistance Responds to basic helpdesk requests related to workstations and day-to-day user issues
Develops and uses a triage system to escalate more significant IT helpdesk issues to the IT Director Provides initial contact for E H R helpdesk tickets and provides resources or escalation, as needed
Provides onboarding support for all new hires, including equipment setup, account creation, and guidance through the initial setup process Deliver training to meet organization needs on an ongoing basis Creates content and updates the IT Intranet page with resources and tools Develops ongoing computer skills training to improve staff competency with regards to hardware and software
Other duties
Assists the IT Director with implementation of the following:
Information Technology disaster Recovery Plan Business Continuity Plan Access policies Information Systems Security Plan

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must demonstrate a blend of technical skills and ability to work and communicate with others. Eager to learn Committed to customer service Ability to receive constructive feedback and incorporate feedback into practice Demonstrate commitment to agency mission and values Must have a valid Tennessee Driver's License Must be able to show proof of personal automobile insurance Associate degree in Computer Technology or related field preferred Microsoft, A+, Security+, or other computer certifications are a plus WORKING CONDITIONS
Will have a desk, workstation, and office Able to operate with many distractions. Able to use vehicle to travel to different sites from time to time Routine office environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to sit for long periods of time Able to lift over 50 pounds
