The Role – Senior Manager of Analytics As a Senior Manager of Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy and driving operational efficiency. You will partner with sales teams and leadership to define key performance metrics, implement data-driven strategies, and improve customer experience across online and in-store channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales performance strategies, optimizing customer service models and operational efficiency. Partner with sales leadership to refine performance metrics and drive improvements in sales team effectiveness. Analyze seasonality trends, incentive structures, and digital sales tools to improve customer acquisition and retention. Lead omnichannel strategy development, ensuring seamless integration between online, app-based, and in-store experiences. Manage and mentor a team of five analysts, guiding data-driven decision-making across business units. Your Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or sales operations. Proven ability to analyze large datasets and drive actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL and Snowflake for data analysis and reporting. Experience managing direct reports, with a track record of team leadership. Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, ideally from a consulting or financial services background.
