E2E Tooling Shadowing Studies - Contextual inquiry research with developers studying engineering workflows, tooling, and process friction points. Ethnographic, shadowing, diary study, and other similar methods Usability Studies - Measurement of tooling, task, and workflow effectiveness, including for design mockups of future internal tools and features Heuristic Tool Evaluations - Immersion into specific developer tools to evaluate UX and usability issues to inform design and product changes Small- and medium-size Surveys - Drafting, launching, and analysis of small and medium sized surveys among internal users
Expectations
Remote friendly Potential pay rate range $100/hr and up, depending on experience. Curiosity for and willingness to understand and converse in a highly technical space is required.
Requirements
Batchelor of Arts Degree 3 Years + experience in UXR field Seniority level
