Cultivate executive-level client relationships and drive enterprise sales. Who You Are 10+ years in staffing (ETC preferred), with 5+ in senior leadership. Passionate about developing people and building strong cultures. Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and high EQ. Comfortable driving performance with data and accountability.
