Job Description You will generate new business within ServiceNow's largest existing accounts, oversee executive relationships, and lead virtual teams including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services to support our clients. What You Will Do Provide strategic leadership to clients Manage relationships between customers and ServiceNow Collaborate with solution teams to develop tailored ServiceNow solutions based on client needs Oversee executive relationships and account development worldwide Build trust and multi-level relationships within client organizations Create roadmaps and build capabilities to enhance customer experience and demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services Qualifications Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools and automating processes 7+ years in client management with a focus on revenue growth 2+ years as a Client Director or similar, with proven multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship management Background in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations sales Track record of meeting sales targets Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams Ability to understand broad business and IT needs Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred experience with Dell We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, even if they do not meet every qualification.
