Contribute to the ServiceNow platform roadmap and strategy. Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy. Enforce platform engineering and development standards. Review and evaluate demand for fit and alignment to products, identifying complex features requiring additional due diligence. Provide input to and approve solution design for complex features. Manage ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines. Lead and mentor a team of developers assigned to specific ServiceNow products. Responsibilities :
Ensure application and business requirements are translated into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks to guide development and integration of solutions. Contribute to the creation or selection of functional and non-functional product evaluation requirements across domains. Review and develop software solutions to address manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes. Evaluate reference models, blueprints, playbooks, and perform on-site evaluations of third-party products considered for adoption. Mentor infrastructure resources on infrastructure services, application integration validation methods, and tools to ensure compliance with standards. Promote an inclusive and healthy work environment and help resolve organizational impediments. Skills :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and engineering. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and product micro certifications. Proven experience as a lead engineer in highly regulated environments. Experience with ServiceNow cloud platforms. Designing and implementing ServiceNow products, supporting software engineering, maximizing data processing systems, building cloud-compatible services, and managing enterprise IT lifecycle. Experience with continuous integration between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications. Experience in IT lifecycle management, including security, auditing, data processing, analytics, and technology transitions. Building and managing IT solutions, integrating multiple services in ServiceNow or other cloud technologies. Supporting ServiceNow integrations for security, risk, and compliance. Managing ServiceNow platform, data, configuration, custom development, infrastructure, and hosting. Experience with IT security, compliance, and regulations in financial institutions. Leveraging MID servers for integration and automation. Proficiency with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS. Experience with custom REST / SOAP APIs. Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB tools and design. Experience with ITIL Operations Applications (incident, problem, change, service request). Gathering and analyzing system requirements.
