Senior Project Manager
for a variety of K-12 Public Schools/Higher-Education projects throughout the Boston Metropolitan area.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
Project lead for both Design and Construction phases Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance Monitor and track project budgets Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders
Qualifications
Record of excellence in leading a minimum of four (4) years experience in Massachusetts Public Schools K-12/Higher Education projects Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline 10+ years’ experience in Project Management Higher education facility renovation/construction experience also preferred Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
