Office/Showroom Support Person
Our client is in the home soft goods business and is looking for an office/showroom support person with around 1-3 years of experience. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Administration department in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the showroom and traffic samples, and to streamline office supply ordering companywide in order to seek out more cost-effective options. Responsibilities include: Ensuring all supplies are stocked in the conference rooms at all times Receiving all mail and packages and notifying recipients of the same Packing and shipping all outbound per policy Maintaining shipping supplies Maintaining office supplies for the entire company Ongoing cleaning during market week Ensuring all meeting product samples are removed from conference rooms and returned to the appropriate party during market week This person will need to be in the NYC midtown office five days a week.
