What we offer:

1. 4 days on, then 4 days off, 12-hour workdays. Eight (8) hours each day is regular pay, 3 1/2 hours each day is time and a half.
2. Rate of pay begins at $18.82/hour.
3. Overtime is available.
4. A benefit package that is affordable without an increased contribution for additional dependents, a pension and a matching 401(k), tuition reimbursement, annual incentive pay.
5. Monthly surprises (food trucks, giveaways, etc.).

What you'll do:

1. Transport unfinished and finished product throughout the plant and supply the production lines with raw materials.
2. Empty scrap tubs of metal waste.
3. Assist in taking inventory and prepare orders for shipment as needed.

2. Like to drive a forklift and ensure product is getting moved to the appropriate place in a timely manner.

What you'll need to have:

1. A High School Diploma or GED or commitment to secure within 6 months of employment.
2. A minimum of six (6) months forklift driving experience and be able to pass a certification test.
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
