Summary
CNI’s
Site Security Officers
are responsible for protective service work such as guarding buildings and property, protecting equipment and materials, and controlling access to installations by employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
Interact and escort with the public and government personnel as required.
Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, and the public.
Maintain poise and self-control under stress.
Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years security experience.
Ability to read, speak, understand, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials in English.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Must pass the required medical examination.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
No record of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years.
No felony convictions or convictions affecting reliability, including those under the Lautenberg Act.
Must pass government-mandated medical and physical standards as per 10 CFR Part 1046.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience monitoring alarms and dispatching is preferred.
