Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales position
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
