Designs develops modifies and implements web applications and/or services designed to support our Portals Platforms based web applications. The selected candidate will be a member of the team that is responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Job Summary

The selected candidate will also be expected to be on top of industry tools and trends in web development and/or web API development.

Responsibilities
Develop robust software applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement J2EE-based solutions that meet business requirements. Utilize AWS IoT services to integrate and manage IoT devices enhancing the companys digital ecosystem. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery and minimize defects. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Implement best practices in software development to optimize performance and maintainability. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective software development. Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates to ensure optimal functionality. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future development cycles. Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture essential for developing scalable applications. Demonstrate proficiency in J2EE technologies crucial for designing enterprise-level solutions. Have experience with AWS IoT services beneficial for integrating and managing IoT devices. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills necessary for debugging and optimizing software applications. Show capability in mentoring junior developers important for fostering team growth and development. Display knowledge of software development best practices vital for maintaining high-quality code standards. Understand user requirements analysis key for translating business needs into technical specifications.
