Senior SAP Software Engineer --On Site in Columbus, Ohio - Local only
1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Develop, maintain, and improve software framework solutions for new and existing applications. Provide application support for SAP ECC R3 modules including AP, AR, FI, CoPa, MM, and PO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic direction and growth initiatives. Monitor, configure, and enhance SAP system integrations. Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking time and tasks. Participate actively in all SCRUM ceremonies within an Agile environment. Consult with users to determine issues and provide timely root cause analysis. Provide 24x7 on-call support and be willing to work after-hours or weekends as needed. Mentor and guide other team members, offering feedback and support. Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned work. Prioritize workload and communicate issues clearly. Perform other duties and travel as required. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP software development and support. Advanced expertise in SAP ECC R3 configuration and ABAP programming. Experience with SAP S4 Hana, BTP, GRC, and SAP Cloud Connector; experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and Concur is a plus. Preferred experience in upgrading from ECC R3 to S/4 Hana. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and SAP best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Understanding of Agile work methodologies. Seniority level
