What You’ll Be Working On The Senior Software Engineer supports key initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies to address business challenges. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and integrations, building APIs, plugins, workflows, and supporting CRM enhancements. Additionally, maintaining web applications using the Microsoft stack in Azure, including ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, Azure Functions, and SQL Server. What You Have Expertise in Dynamics CRM projects, including customizations, integrations, and migrations. Development and support of custom applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM software, system configuration, and upgrades. Experience in analyzing client requirements and extending CRM capabilities. Designing business processes and integrations between CRM and other applications. Managing project aspects related to CRM customizations and UI/backend development. Designing, developing, and delivering web and native applications with a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently and in teams, sharing decision-making and knowledge transfer. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and quality assurance processes. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM. Proficiency with C#, .Net, JavaScript, HTML for extending Dynamics 365. Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, APIs, and Azure services. Experience with SSIS, Kingsway Soft, web JS frameworks, unit testing, and Azure DevOps. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Minimum Required Education, Training And Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 8 years equivalent IT experience. At least 5 years in Dynamics 365/CRM. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, SQL, and relational databases is preferred.
