10+ years of UI design and development experience XML / XSD / XSLT CSS HTML Jquery Object oriented JavaScript, Backbone.js, Angular.js UI Design Patterns OO Knowledge using Java Unit Testing Frameworks / Test Driven Development User Experience Job Roles/Responsibilities Evaluate new languages, tools, processes for UI design and development Ability to define remediation solution options and recommended approach Prepare and present recommendations to management and project teams Help lead execution efforts Perform Design/code reviews Create UI reference applications for development teams to use Create reusable components to reduce project effort and risk Act as technical SME for the projects in a consulting capacity Must have Skills Demonstrated ability to think and propose out-of-box innovative technical solutions Ability to identify issues, propose multiple solutions, communicate to broader team/management for approval and implement the final solution
