Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and lead the hiring process for various roles within our organization. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies, source top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
✔ Identify, source, and screen candidates for roles across the company.
✔ Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
✔ Use job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.
✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate Selection & Hiring Process
✔ Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-ups with hiring managers.
✔ Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
✔ Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
✔ Ensure compliance with HR best practices and employment laws.
Recruitment Operations & Employer Branding
✔ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
✔ Represent SIG at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
✔ Promote the company’s employer brand and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications
✅ Experience:
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and interviewing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
✅ Skills & Knowledge:
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✅ Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
