Global Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect

A global leader in industrial manufacturing is hiring for a Strategic Sourcing Manager for indirect categories to lead global sourcing strategy for corporate and professional services, with a strong focus on HR-related categories. This will be a pivotal role in establishing best practices and establishing strategic sourcing and category management across indirects. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global sourcing strategy for corporate services, including HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Facilities, approximately $250M+ in spend.
• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and supply base roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation across indirect spend.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Implement best-in-class sourcing practices, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and market intelligence.
• Support broader procurement transformation initiatives and contribute to global sourcing strategy development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a strong background in professional and corporate services sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing HR services procurement (e.g., talent acquisition, benefits, training, consulting).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Collaborative, high-energy professional with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
