Job Overview The Technology Sourcing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives in technology categories such as software. This role involves managing sourcing plans, supplier performance, and risk assessments, often working cross-functionally.
Job Responsibilities
Source technology spend through RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and purchase orders.
Support supplier management through scorecard development and quarterly reviews.
Handle intellectual property licensing procurement and provide structural guidance.
Collaborate with technical teams to interpret technical specifications and align them with business and financial requirements.
Present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4-7 years in technology sourcing, engineering, or similar roles.
Experience managing project requirements, plans, and schedules in mid to large-sized companies.

Compensation and Benefits Location-specific salary ranges are provided, with a base pay range of $87,000 - $156,900 and a 15% bonus target. Employees are eligible for annual bonuses, benefits including health insurance, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, and various voluntary insurances.
