Responsibilities:
Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on management style
Assist in managing back of house staff in an upscale/fine dining environment
Achieve budgeted labor and costs through proper planning
Oversee inventories and ordering of supplies
Maintain sanitation and OSHA compliance
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of culinary management in upscale/fine dining
Strong knowledge of back of house operations, staff supervision, inventory, and costs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Stable work history and strong work ethic
Culinary program graduate is a plus
Pay range: USD $75,000 - $80,000/year.
