Salary Range: $70,000-80,000

General Description of Benefits
ECS is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to conduct procurement transactions as directed by a Postal Supply Management Specialist and Team Lead.
Responsibilities Include
Contract funding actions Contract close-outs Administrative contract modifications Unused funds decommitments Period of Performance extensions Contracting Officer’s Representative changes Communication with Internal Business Partners and suppliers
Required Skills
Must have a relevant college degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement) 3+ years of experience in procurement, Supply Management, Account Management, Sales, Information Technology, Law, or other related fields. Must have strong communication skills (both written and oral) Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
