You design, develop and implement curricula that inspire high performance, teach new and complex topics and strengthen personal skills. You activate learning programs, monitor learning assets and evaluate performance measurements. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. WHAT OUR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS ENJOY MOST Create innovative and engaging training that uses the most advanced techniques and technology available. Use a collaborative approach to create materials and enhance business performance. Kick off learning projects by defining business goals and creating clear objectives. Conduct needs assessment to evaluate learning solutions while leveraging learning technology to address learning needs. Select instructional models and design tailored learning assets with business experts. Participate or facilitate train-the-trainer sessions in-person or virtually. Enhance and revise existing learning materials. Perform peer quality control reviews.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business Required Qualifications Experience:
Two or more years of instructional design and development experience for corporate professionals or equivalent experience. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in education, adult learning, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical Skills:
Proficient in digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms for adult learners. Skills:
Creative thinking, listening, problem-solving, time management and English communication. Abilities:
History of following guidelines and standards for design tools, delivery methods and learning platforms. Preferred Qualifications Instructional design or instructional technology certification.
