Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and provide therapy for elementary aged students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the communication skills and overall well-being of young learners. Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students
Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in conducting assessments and screenings
Implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
CA SLPA License
Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
