Outreach PT, OT, and SLP is a well-established, highly reputed private practice that has been serving older adults in New York for over 20 years. We specialize in providing in-home outpatient rehabilitation to individuals who may not be able to attend an outpatient clinic or prefer to receive therapy at home. Due to continued growth, we are looking for dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team and work with the geriatric populations.
Qualifications of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid NYS SLP License 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred Home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide appropriate Speech/Swallow Treatment and recommendations Train patients and caregivers in compensatory strategies and home exercises Collaborate with PTs, OTs, caregivers, and physicians for a holistic care approach
