Director of Orlando Office, Song and Associates
Fantastic opportunity for architect newly registered or working toward registration. The ideal candidate will have a B. Arch or Master of Architecture degree and have been registered for 3 to 5 years. CAD and Revit production experience and knowledge of detailing and building construction is important. Construction administration experience is highly desirable. Experience in the education facility and government facility sectors is also highly desirable. Growth potential to be mentored and develop into a more senior position. Responsibilities Work with team and participate in client meetings CAD or Revit construction documents production and evolve toward project management duties Assist in construction administration Work with team on all project related issues with education projects and municipal/governmental projects as a prime focus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture (min.) and 5 - 7 years related experience Registration in Florida is desirable Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and other programs such as Sketch up and others. Good graphic capabilities. Excellent problem solving skills Technical expertise related to design and construction Seniority level
