As a Product Owner, you'll collaborate across technical and business teams to drive product strategy, streamline backlogs, and deliver top-tier functionality that supports organizational growth and innovation. Remote (Must be local to Washington, DC for occasional onsite meetings) Responsibilities: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals Translate business needs into detailed product backlogs and user stories Lead product-release plans and manage expectations around delivery timelines Partner closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Continuously evaluate and refine product priorities based on evolving needs and feedback Analyze market and competitor trends to drive strategy and innovation Maintain clear product documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Qualifications: 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale programs 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments Bachelor's Degree Agile certifications such as CSM, ACSM, CSP-SM Deep knowledge of Agile methodology, IT systems lifecycle, and architectural frameworks Strong problem-solving, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities while delivering business value Desired Skills: Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSP-PO, CAL1) Experience supporting Federal Government clients (DHS, FDA, NIH, HHS) Familiarity with CMMI level frameworks Proficiency with tools such as Atlassian suite, Azure, JAMF, Okta Experience with Microsoft tools like Power Platform, M365/MS Teams, and AVD
