As a Sr. Manager Fp&A, Mfa Planning & Ops - Inventory, you will leverage your skills and experience to: Serve as the inventory expert for all core financial planning routines, working cross-functionally to set goals that align with Target's sales, margin, and cash flow aspirations, understand drivers of performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and support external inventory performance storytelling. Support enterprise inventory health initiatives, connecting these tactics and the impact of broader enterprise initiatives to Target's financial and operational results and goals. Partner across Finance, Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Management to drive end to end connection and clarity, bridging financial forecasts to operational plans. Successful candidates will have demonstrated subject matter expertise in inventory data, tools, and analytics, effective communication, and an ability to partner and influence cross-functionally in a highly complex organization. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About you: MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience (Finance, Merchandising, Operations) 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends leveraging internal/external sources Outstanding communication skills to curate succinct messages on complex topics Influential business partner with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills Project management skills to manage weekly routines and prioritize emerging topics This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
