The Business Systems Analyst will leverage extensive experience and expertise in business requirement and process best practices to support business application systems. This includes daily production system support, implementation of new enhancements, and upgrades of current systems, with a focus on ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Financials. The role also involves contributing to the implementation of a new Oracle ERP platform, ensuring smooth transitions and optimization of business processes. Key Responsibilities : System Design and Modification : Initiate, design, or modify highly complex systems and procedures, creating technical specifications for financial systems with broad impact. Business Requirement Analysis : Consult with Accounting Office, and Supply Chain Management to analyze business requirements and process needs, designing system solutions to improve business operation efficiencies. System Integration : Perform complex analysis of system integration issues, creating and updating interface specifications between ERP and third-party systems. Project Management : Lead project management activities on complex projects, overseeing support and training on new applications. ERP Implementation : Participate in system design discussions and support the integration of Supply Chain functions within the new Oracle ERP platform, providing insights into best practices. Must-Haves : 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with 2+ years in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12) 4+ years in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle projects. 4+ years with Oracle Cloud Financials. Excellent project leadership and management skills. Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Seniority level
