Job Title: Sr. Enterprise Architect
We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Enterprise Architect
to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud solutions utilizing
Java microservices architecture . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with one or more major cloud providers and an understanding of cloud-native principles. Position Details

Onsite at Charlotte, NC Role & Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions using microservices Possess good knowledge of Event-driven Architecture and databases Lead the development of cloud migration strategies and modernization roadmaps Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance cloud infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives Mentor junior architects and engineers on cloud best practices Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle Qualifications & Experience
20+ years in modern application architecture, with at least 8+ years focused on cloud solutions Expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS) Extensive experience designing and implementing Java microservices architectures Experience designing, deploying, and managing Kafka clusters in on-premise and/or cloud environments Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures Knowledge of API design and management Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance Experience with distributed systems and related challenges Excellent problem-solving skills for complex business requirements Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools for microservices Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Additional Details
