The Opportunity The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization provides customer research, analysis, and marketing effectiveness measurement. The Marketing, Planning and Analytics (MP&A) team within GMI develops insights to support integrated marketing planning across channels, partnering with global marketing, finance, and business leaders to optimize marketing investments. We are seeking a dynamic leader to establish the marketing planning process and generate strategic insights for Adobe’s B2B products, specifically Acrobat. This role involves building a framework to assess marketing’s impact at various sales funnel stages, optimizing media investment, and driving incremental returns. Experience in B2B marketing, sales, financial planning, and marketing measurement methodologies is essential, along with strong partner management skills. Responsibilities Develop and lead marketing planning and insights for the Acrobat B2B segment. Define investment levels to align with business impact and financial goals. Own the roadmap for marketing planning and measurement, collaborating with data science teams. Understand channel roles and efficiency to build robust models and plans. Align marketing strategies with finance and regional teams for success. Qualifications At least 8 years of B2B industry experience with proven impact on business outcomes. Experience in marketing analytics, financial planning, or sales within B2B settings. Understanding of SMB sales motions, including inbound, outbound, and reseller models. Knowledge of media mix models or similar measurement methodologies. Ability to analyze financial systems and historical spend to inform future investments. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Leadership experience in change management and initiatives. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization. Additional Information Salary range in the U.S. is $128,600 – $234,200 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation includes base salary, incentives, and possibly equity.
