Company Description Major Life Sciences Company Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Director of Strategy. The Senior Director of Strategy will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, evaluate market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and driving continuous improvement of business processes. Qualifications Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Project Management skills PharmaCo, Biotech or Medtech strategy consulting experience a must (Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, LEK or Clearview) Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Seniority level
