We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Sr.

Java Lead

to join our dynamic team in

Charlotte, NC . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, and demonstrated experience in leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects. Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and design discussions. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and agile development methodologies. Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

12 + years of Strong experience in Java 8/11+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred) Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills Prior experience in banking or financial services domain is advantageous Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React)
