Soni Resources is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the strategy, development, and support of retailer-facing applications. This role acts as a key business partner-translating operational needs into technology solutions while managing mission-critical systems and projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team supporting a high-availability portal for retailers.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept to execution.
- Identify and implement innovative technology solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage systems uptime, resource planning, and budgets ($1M-$4M).
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and executives.
- Drive the full lifecycle of technical solutions and change management processes.
Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in IT with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in both custom and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with modern tech stack: JavaScript frameworks, Azure, microservices, CI/CD, performance tools.
- Skilled in agile methodologies, design thinking, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
