• Experience in Banking and Financial Industry. Preferably with Consumer and Commercial Lending.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with LeanIX.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including business, information, application, and technology architectures.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives and provide recommendations on technology investments.
• Conduct strategic analysis of business and technology trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide architectural input.
• Architecture Design and Development:
• Design and document architectural blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to support business needs.
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps and transition plans.
• Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Technology Leadership:
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Drive innovation and promote the adoption of best practices in architecture and technology.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Governance and Compliance:
• Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and standards.
• Ensure that technology solutions comply with security and data privacy requirements.
• Conduct architectu re reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
• Manage architectural risks and ensure business continuity.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Effectively communicate architectural concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architectural vision and plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
