Civil Engineer
As a Civil Engineer you will be joining a respected engineering firm in Raleigh, NC. You'll be responsible for leading the planning and design of multi-family, single-family, and commercial site development projects. You will utilize Civil 3D to produce detailed plans for grading, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, and erosion control. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina with strong technical expertise and project experience.
Responsibilities: - Plan and design site development projects, including residential and commercial properties. - Develop site, grading, stormwater, utility, roadway, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout project development. - Conduct site assessments and provide engineering solutions for complex design challenges. - Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Job Requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor"s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. - Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina. - 5-10 years of experience in site development engineering. - Proficiency in Civil 3D for site design and plan production. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Strong knowledge of site, stormwater management, grading, utilities, roadway design, and erosion control.
