Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Learning Solutions, North America team supporting an automotive manufacturer. This role will manage the day-to-day activities of our learning technology platform as well as lead the development of platform strategy, becoming the team's subject matter expert, understanding the user experience and backend administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Using game narratives and other modern learning modalities, you will leverage high-level concepts, such as company branding, brand vision, client vision and platform capabilities to develop a world-class user experience. Manage Learning Platform Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning platform, including user management, incentives collaboration, and system configuration.
Provide Technical Support and Incident Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations to ensure timely resolution of platform-related incidents.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to the learning platform, including defining scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Leverage Analytics for Performance Insights:
Utilize platform analytics to monitor and report on usage, adoption rates, learning completion, and performance trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop and Maintain Product Expertise:
Complete learning partner certifications and stay updated on platform updates and best practices to serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for gamification and learning technologies.
Collaborate on Product Implementation and Integration:
Work closely with the platform team to implement, integrate, and deploy new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience field. Five + (5+) years in a product management or related role. Learning and development methodology experience. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Aptitude for and experience working with complex systems and technical projects. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and active listening. Experience and proficient use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
