STARLINK ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER (GOVERNMENT) Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, provides low-latency broadband internet worldwide. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team acts as the main contact for Starlink’s growing aviation customers, managing contracts from signing through activation, ensuring all terms are fulfilled. This role manages large, complex aviation agreements. Ideal candidates are self-starters passionate about customer satisfaction, pioneering new solutions for Starlink enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for specific government contracts, overseeing onboarding, account management, and long-term relationship growth, focusing on: Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently Building relationships to understand requirements and manage expectations Gathering and advocating for customer feedback to influence technical and program development Retaining and expanding account value Identify and communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to meet revenue forecasts Act as an internal expert on government accounts, guiding strategic decisions within the team Design and lead implementation of new processes to accelerate growth and scalability Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree 3+ years in consulting or project management 3+ years supporting technical products/services with customers Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with government contracts and satellite communications Knowledge of telecommunications, network management, and technology trends 5+ years in strategic sales, account management, or related roles Proven ability to manage complex global accounts and ensure customer satisfaction Experience in maritime, aviation, mobile backhaul, or satellite industries Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Building long-term customer relationships with empathy and resilience Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications technologies Strong business judgment and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills for all levels Experience managing complex contracts Active TS/SCI clearance or willingness to obtain one Additional Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred; willingness to pursue if not held Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed ITAR Requirements
