About the Role:
We are actively seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with significant experience handling catastrophic and severe injury cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. This role involves high-stakes litigation related to motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle), bicycle and airplane accidents, and wrongful death claims.
The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 15 years of litigation experience , a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a strong track record of results in complex injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate high-value personal injury cases from inception through trial or resolution.
- Represent both plaintiffs and defendants in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial prep, and trial.
- Work closely with medical experts, accident reconstructionist, and other specialists.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and co-counsel.
- Deliver strategic counsel that balances legal risks and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of (Insert State).
- 5–15 years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven results in catastrophic injury cases.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
- Experience on both the plaintiff and defense side preferred.
- Ability to independently manage a robust and active caseload.
Preferred:
- Trial experiences involving catastrophic injuries or wrongful death.
- Familiarity with accident investigation techniques and complex damages analysis.
