$220,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Our client is a rapidly growing private development company with a strong presence across Florida and over 40 years in the industry. They are seeking a General Counsel to join their team in-office in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be a versatile legal professional with at least six to ten years of experience in transactional law, land use, and commercial real estate. Reporting directly to the CEO and President, and working closely with external counsel, this individual will be a crucial part of the leadership team. The General Counsel will be responsible for overseeing legal matters across multiple entities, managing the company’s legal operations, and providing strategic advice on corporate transactions, real estate, and land use matters. The role demands a hands-on approach, an understanding of business objectives, and the ability to handle a broad range of legal issues.
