Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Engaging with customers both in person and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products and services. Building strong, trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions while following company policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized and precise work order files and formulas. Assisting with product preparation, including tinting and mixing to customer specifications. Keeping the store well-stocked, organized, and presentable. Participating in inventory control and compliance procedures. Proactively suggesting ways to improve sales and enhance customer experience. This role requires you to be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the country without sponsorship, and fluent in both English and Spanish. You will also need a valid driver’s license and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
