This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement adds value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As the Manager, Reporting and Analytics, you will oversee the reporting and analytics needs across a large portfolio of hotels within the HSM portfolio, while supporting a large hotel management account. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, HSM Strategy, Planning and Insights, and directly support the Account Director, leading this portfolio of hotels. You will demonstrate expertise in supplier data management, data analysis, and reporting. Your role will involve interacting with internal partners to facilitate cost-saving initiatives and help hotels maximize the value of the HSM procurement program.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
Create ad-hoc reports as requested by users/leadership. Provide analytical support for the greater procurement organization on assigned projects and ad hoc requests. Build presentations to support strategic reviews with hotel groups and quarterly business reviews with account leadership. Develop and deliver training on self-service reporting tools.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
Work across a wider Shared Service team within HSM to deliver valuable insights on products and pricing that can improve your portfolio's performance.
What Deliverable You Will Take Ownership Of
Property Order Guides Creation and Product Savings Analysis. Performance reporting to be included in quarterly business reviews. Ad-hoc analysis to support strategic changes in vendors or distribution networks.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years experience in an analytics function, supporting procurement or hospitality industry Advanced Excel and SQL skills (can perform complex functions) Familiarity working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI) Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA
It Would Be Useful If You Have
Knowledge of purchasing systems Knowledge of multiple global back-office financial systems (preferably SAP) Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
