Senior Architectural Drafter/Structural Drafter
Bayland Buildings Inc. is actively seeking a SENIOR DRAFTER to join our team. The Senior Drafter is responsible for reviewing architectural and structural plans for quality control. The successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communication and fluent with computers, including experience with REVIT software.
The candidate should have great attention to detail and be able to manage workloads that require meeting deadlines. Candidates must have a minimum 2-year associate's degree in a construction-related field and 5 years of similar real-world experience, including a general knowledge of commercial construction.
The Senior Drafter will report to the VP of Engineering and work directly with acquisitions and fulfillment teams regularly. Duties include attending project meetings, occasional field measuring, and training.
