Job Description

Responsibilities

• Post open positions on internet or arrange print advertising; pre-screen responses and schedule interviews.
• Request and review employment applications, resumes, and referrals; forward documents to management.
• Handle recruitment inquiries from prospective candidates.
• Track responses, re-post advertisements as needed, and maintain all applicant records.
• Provide new hires with required documents, verify I-9 documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Participate in weekly staffing meetings, update staffing reports, and assist with personnel file maintenance.
• Generate offer letters and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures.
• Strong follow-up, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR experience and knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare or education sectors is preferred.

Additional Information

• Entry level, full-time position.
• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
• Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
