Overview
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects
Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation
Track project schedules, budgets, and labor resources in collaboration with field teams
Help manage subcontractor and vendor communications
Maintain and organize project files, logs, and documentation using Procore or similar platforms
Attend coordination and OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and project specifications
2–4 years of experience in electrical or general contracting (internship or field experience a plus)
~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
~ Strong organizational and time-management skills
~ Familiar with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
~ Effective communicator with both office and field personnel
Exposure to commercial, healthcare, or public works projects
Understanding of NEC and San Francisco building codes
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
