Currently we are searching for an Inside Sales Professional, for our
Montgomery, IL
location.
Must possess the personal and professional skills needed to quickly and accurately expedite work for the position they hold. As a member of our inside sales team, you will be promoting and generating sales of windows and doors as well as other building material supplies (roofing, siding, windows, etc.) from our distribution centers while providing superior customer service.
You will be developing and maintaining face to face relationships with our customers as you assist them through qualifying their product and/or service needs while ensuring fulfillment.
As a key member of your branch you will support customers directly, in addition to collaborating with your outside sales team members to maximize sales while growing the positive reputation of our company.
Responsibilities:
Answers customer inquiries concerning price, qualifying product needs and partners with vendors for support. Communicates with outside sales representatives on customer orders, requirements, problems or concerns and changes. Initiates product transfers to other branches or direct to customers. Generate, place and confirm purchase orders with suppliers. Enters sale data into the computer and researches information for customers using the computer system. Accurately completes all required paperwork (e.g., coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summary, etc.) on a timely basis. Documents sales, quotes or other business requested information. Receives payment for merchandise or services sold and enters sale into the computer. Responsible for payments received and adhering all administrative and accounting related procedures. Maintains current price documentation and product literature as it becomes available. Keeps product knowledge current to evolving manufacturing supply. Participate in the physical inventory of the warehouse materials. Participate in proactive team efforts in assigned company branch in affiliate to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Window and Door product knowledge and sales experience required. Inside Sales experience in a distribution environment preferred. Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task is a must. Experience with OMS, FENEVISION, and Agility is a plus. Inside Sales / Customer service experience within a building materials distribution environment. Why you should consider us:

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
