The Lead Identity & Access Management Engineer will develop, implement, monitor, and improve procedures and resource allocations to provide high-quality technical support across NetJets. This role leads support for directory services, authentication, authorization, and integration with IT systems, ensuring policy compliance. It includes supervising the identity management team, managing workflows, training, personnel planning, and providing 24/7 on-call support. Key Responsibilities
Support Active Directory and AD LDS auditing for employee lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with policies, document requests accurately. Manage daily activities related to identity and privilege access management globally, including tools like Okta, Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS, Azure AD, Certificate Management, IdentityNow, and MFA. Proactively identify security deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Deliver global identity & access management services aligned with business needs. Develop and review Identity Management standards. Collaborate with IT teams supporting Dev, Testing, and QA in Agile environments. Resolve access-related issues independently using technical knowledge. Participate in on-call support rotation. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience supporting end-users and applications in a corporate setting. Knowledge of security concepts, regulatory standards (PCI/DSS, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP), and certifications like CISSP, CISA, etc., preferred. Experience with web security, scripting (PowerShell), AD, Azure AD, PKI, and monitoring tools. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement skills. Benefits
