Senior Systems Administrator | Full-Time, Hybrid | Chicago, IL About Us: At Kooth, we're dedicated to providing personalized digital mental health care for young people (13-25 years old). Our mission is to empower them to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives. We're a culture of care, committed to inclusivity, innovation, and impact. Role Objective: As a Senior Systems Administrator, you'll monitor system performance, conduct system analysis, and support project delivery. You'll work with tools like Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Jamf, Entra, Intune, M365, Slack, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare/Cisco Umbrella, and more. You'll also ensure security compliance and manage complex systems. Primary Responsibilities: Expertise in security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS, GDPR) Vulnerability and patch management Developing and documenting technical processes Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Leading system initiatives and new projects Presenting areas of expertise to team members Testing new releases and system patches Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Google) Strong troubleshooting and production environment support experience Ability to work independently and perform root cause analysis Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office Monday and Friday remote Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Prescription Drug Coverage Generous Paid Time Off Compensation: $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with bonus potential Join us at Kooth and make a positive impact on mental health care!
