Responsibilities: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality. - Providing technical assistance and support to end-users
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP.
