We are presently searching for a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate Studio. In this position, you will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting and programs. Additional responsibilities will include developing, managing, and interpreting employee programs and policies. Under minimal supervision from the Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for the firm, filling roles at all levels of the organization. This role will partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and objectives and to advise on best practices. The Talent Acquisition Partner will guide hiring managers efficiently through the hiring process.
Scope of Responsibility
- Source, engage, and interview quality passive and active candidates utilizing multiple resources.
- Continuously research and develop new resources for recruiting in specific locations and regions.
- Facilitate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, manage candidate flow and inquiries.
- Use Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process, and provide reports.
- Interpret and explain employee programs and policies (e.g., recruitment, employment, compensation, and benefits).
- Provide guidance to managers to help them interview and hire the best talent.
- Assist with and participate in other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience.
- 3 years in the A&E industry or a professional service organization is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of general HR disciplines.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting knowledge and expertise with passive and pipeline recruiting.
- Working knowledge of Taleo, ADP, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse employee populations.
- Ability to work effectively with and through employees without managerial authority.
- Ability to take responsibility for a project and follow up until issues are resolved.
