Compensation varies for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute), and messaging rates fluctuate based on client plans and state residency. Bonuses are also available based on new client engagement. How Talkspace Works: Talkspace connects mental health therapists with clients through an easy-to-use, HIPAA-compliant app. Conduct live sessions or communicate asynchronously from almost anywhere, at any time!
